Spearmint

Ingredients: Dried organic spearmint leaves.

Net Weight: 25g and 0.88oz

You can enjoy it in two ways.

INFUSION: As soon as the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the herb. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, strain it and use it. The usual ratios for the infusion are 1-3 teaspoons for each cup of water.

HERBAL TEA: Take the healing part of the plant and boil it with water. If it’s finely
chopped, it only needs to be boiled for 5 minutes, otherwise 5-15 minutes. The ratio is three spoons in two cups of water.

Spearmint leaves are used in cooking for food and salads.
