500 gr pork
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 green peppers in slices
100 gr canned mushrooms
1 1/2 tablespoons spicy mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 cups of red wine
2 tablespoons rosemary
Long grain rice for side dish
Sauté the onion, the garlic and the rosemary in a pot.
Add the peppers and the pork and leave them until the meat is golden brown.
Dilute the mustard with a little water and throw it in the pot along with the spices and
mushrooms. Mix well.
When the meat softens, add the wine and let it boil.
Boil the rice with twice the amount of water.
Once the rice is ready, mix it with the meat. Enjoy your meal!
