Pennyroyal belongs to the Lamiaceae family. It is a perennial, herbaceous plant
with height 15-20 cm. Its leaves are small and the plant grows naturally in wet
areas, mainly on river banks. It has expectorant, anti-asthmatic, anti-arthritic,
anti-rheumatic and anesthetic properties. Also, it has beneficial properties for
the stomach.
