1 pack of penne
10 shrimps
2 ripe tomatoes grated
Capers (optional)
2 shots of olive oil
1 clove of grated garlic
1 glass of  white wine
Boil the the penne in salted water and strain them.
Sauté the garlic in the oil so that it does not burn and after that, add the tomato with all
the spices (not capers). Continue sauteing until the plenty of tomato water to be reduced.
Add the glass of wine, the capers, the shrimps and lastly the penne and let the food to
boil for about 4-5 minutes on low heat with the lid. Enjoy your meal!
