500g Pasta Braids
1 kg Lamb leg
500g Tomato juice
1 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Butter
1 Hot pepper
1 leaf Laurel
Grated Kefalotyri cheese
Wash the meat and put it in a baking pan.
Add the butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, laurel leaf, hot pepper and the half
of the tomato juice.
Bake at 180 degrees until the meat is ready.
Then, remove the meat from the baking pan, and add the rest of
the tomato juice and hot water.
After boiling, add the Pasta Braids and cook them for 12-14 minutes.
Serve with the chopped meat and sprinkle with fresh grated
kefalotyri. Enjoy your meal!
