250 gr. whole-wheat flour
200 gr. oat flakes
1 tbsp. baking powder
¼ κ.γ. soda
100 gr. soft brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 vanilla
9 plums
6 dates
50 gr. dried grapes
50 gr. cranberries
50 gr. Couverture chocolate
30 gr. cocoa
2 tbsp. oil
1 ½ κ.σ. tahini
250 ml Juice from an orange & a little orange zest
50 gr. Mountain tea
Sunflower seeds
Black and white couverture chocolate for decoration

In a bowl, add the flour, oats, sugar, honey, tahini, dried grapes, cranberries, cocoa, sunflower seeds, soda, baking powder, vanilla and orange zest.
Add the chopped dates, the plums, the chocolate, the orange juice, the oil,
the tea and knead
Then, form round cookies, put them in a baking pan with non-stick
baking paper and bake them at 170C for 10-15 minutes.
When they cool, decorate them with melted dark and white chocolate.
