3-4 tablespoons oil
1 chopped onion
Pleurotus mushrooms
1 cup grated cheese
3 eggs
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoons mint
salt, pepper


 Cut the mushrooms and sauté them for 10 minutes in oil. Mix them
with the cheese and put the mixture into a baking pan. Beat the
eggs, the milk, the herbs, the salt, the pepper and pour over the mushroom
mixture. Bake at 180ºC until the pie is golden brown, approximately, for 30-40
minutes. Enjoy your meal!
