The lemon balm belongs to the family Labiatae. It is a perennial plant with a
height of 40-100 cm. It has toothed leaves, with sparse trichomes. It thrives in
semi-mountainous and lowland areas, as well in hot and cold areas. The harvest
takes place from June to September. Lemon balm is used for its soothing,
antispasmodic and antibacterial properties.
