½ small grated cabbage
1 small grated carrot
1 red pepper cut into slices
200gr mizithra unsalted
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried grated sage
6 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp good quality vinegar
Freshly ground pepper


Wash the vegetables with plenty of water and cut them.
Grate the cabbage with the carrot with salt and vinegar. Rinse them with a little cold water and
leave them in a colander for ten minutes to drain. Put them in a salad bowl and mix with the half of the amount of oregano, olive oil and vinegar.
Grate the mizithra on the top and sprinkle with the sage, the rest of the oregano and the
pepper. Enjoy your meal!
