4 slices of bread
Cut the eggplants and the onion into cubes. Sauté the onion in a pan and add the garlic.
Then add the eggplants. Once softened, add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and turn off
the heat. Cut the bread into slices and sauté them in the pan to get color.
Grease the slices of bread with garlic and cut them into squares. Place
the tomato sauce, the eggplants and the thyme on the top of the slices of
bread. Optionally add grated feta.Enjoy your meal!
