300g Sole fish
½ glass of Martini
½ glass of white wine
3 tablespoons of lemon balm
1 medium onion
¼ heavy cream 
Olive oil

Cut the sole fish in half slice lengthwise , wrap them in two rolls and fasten them with toothpicks. 
Chop and sauté the onion in a little olive oil. Add the sole fish and extinguish
them with the martini, add the wine and the chopped honeysuckle and boil for about 10
minutes.Finally, add the heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
